Try Pottinger Street in Central. Start from the top near Lyndhurst Terrace and walk down to Queen's Rd, you should see a few stores on the left.

Recently, walking downhill from the Cat Street Market, I went by two stalls selling glam wigs galore - I can't remember which street, but I think between the Cat St. and Centrium...located on a corner...easy to spot - the wigs are all hanging up for display. Sorry I can't think of the street! Good luck ;-)
