Talk to the estate agent you are dealing with. They normally have a link to a local removal company used to delivering in that particular area.

I have twice used SSC International Movers, SSC International Movers & General Services. They managed to get my giant upright freezer (74 inches by 35 by 35 and weighing in over 100 kgs) first from G/F to 2/F and then from 2/F to 1/F in the same house, via the balcony since the monster is way too big for the staircase. Second time included also other household items packing and move. They are Urdu or Hindi speaking guys but at least one always manages English.
