I think it's whatever goes wrong, it's not our fault.

    That would be very un-HK.

Yep, they did. Including the wrapped up parcel inside. But they did tape it up again (with HK Post tape).

Eventually. I was very polite for the first 30 mins or so.

Did you realise that by using the word quarrel you are showing your age? Apparently it's gone completely out of fashion. I think that's a shame. Its a great word. In answer though, I have no quarrel with anyone providing reasonable service. Which is a lot of people.

Oh, and any more advice, will be at my usual hourly rate. You know where to send the cheque to. Tathanksverymuch.
I have not found the actual terms and conditions but that's pretty much what they said verbally so I have no doubt it's true. But point is that in may jurisdictions you can challenged "unfair" terms and conditions (I work in the utilities business as you know, and there were numerous cases in both UK and Australia where it was found some electricity suppliers had applied unfair conditions of contract that were later cut down). That's the real gist of the question.

I know nothing about apple watches as I think they are silly. It was a charger and what my niece wanted. And arrived by air. And I did send the iPad a while back. And it arrived fine so not sure what your point is. Other than the usual rubbish already anticipated in the OP.
