inheritance of me and father's joint title deeds property

I have a property with shared title deeds with my father. I have three sisters, if my father passes away, do my sisters also have a share of it, or do I correctly inherit the property since I paid half of it along with my father. But aren't possessions passed to immediate family from the death of mother or father, unless stated in a will, that I will be the sole inheritor of the property?
    cheers

The share that is in your name currently on the deed, stays with you. What is in your fathers name depends on his will.

One more thing that I missed - "no will" and "sisters"

possessions passed to immediate family from the death of mother or father
Which includes your sisters. So if there is no will, things will get complicated.

Check this out and you'll see how the issue becomes very non-trivial.

CLIC - Probate: Distribution of estate to the relevant parties - If the deceased made no Will, how can the relevant estate be distributed?

It depends on whether you and your dad hold the property as Joint Tenants or as Tenants in Common. If the former, I believe the entire property passes to you upon your dad's demise. Not so if it is the latter case, and it would then depend on your dad's will or if he has no will, his share will be distributed according to law.

Best to consult your lawyer. Cheers.

Shri and stanleyliving, thanks for that information,
Joint tenancy or Tenants in Common will be written in the Title deeds, correct? can Joint tenancy or Tenants in Common, be made into a sole owner by having the other owner, take out their names in the title deed at a nominal price? I know to add a name into a title deed or change name of, costs 1000's.

    cheers guys

Best to talk to a conveyancing lawyer - there are some stamp duty implications if this is not done correctly.
