    Shipping docs. oversees

Any advice on the best way to mail a bunch of documents (5XA4 sheets)?
Any tips which is better: HK Post, DHL or SF Express?
I compared the rates online which range between 200+ to 300+ HKD.

Depends on the destination. Where's it going to?

Sorry, should've specified the destination. it's The Netherlands.
I see a huge gap in fees between HK Post's Speedpost and Air Mail, any reason why?

Air Mail is uninsured and non-signed for....takes about 10 days to get to UK.

Use this to determine what services you want...and how much you want to pay

Speedpost is also trackable, in addition to being delivered in 2-3 working days.

Speedpost would ship in 2-3 business days while SF would take 3-6 working days.
    Rates: 215$ SP, 230$ SF, 333$ DHL.

    Will go for Speedpost!
