where is the best place to buy creative fidget spinners in Hong Kong?

I've seen a bunch of them in Ladies' Market and Fa Yuen St. Also smaller (local) stationery shops that have small toy sections.

Sham Shui Po, there's a street with lots of toy shops, sorry don't know the name but it's the opposite side of the mtr station to apliu st.
