    Yes the fair employment agency charges about what other agencies charge. However the big difference is that they don't charge the helper. Many agencies rip the helpers off

    No one picks up that number. A Sri Lankan national told me that there is no consulate in HK anymore and work needs to be done via the Beijing consulate.

    Just wondering if you found a solution? Do you need to courier the documents overseas to get notarized?

    I think I found a solution and am going to start the process based on what I learned. Was going to post once I verified it myself that it all works.

    Essentially:

    1) Get contract notarized by Sri Lankan consulate in Beijing (Sri Lankan Temple in To Kwa Wan provides assistance to helpers that want to do this themselves)

    2) Apply to HK Immigration just like you would for other nationalities.
