honestlyI, I agree that. They aren't allowed to work in our city. Become a gangbanger is the only thing they can do and earn some quick chips.
Anyway, even foreigners become part of the Triad. It would still be hard for them to climb higher.

I was told the Ghost Shadows in NYC were run by a HK-born Indian guy in the late 90s/early 2000s. I actually saw the guy in Chinatown one day! Speaking Cantonese to a bunch of Chinese teens. He was much younger than I thought he would be.
