Mobile Data - SIM only contract required

Hello,

I have recently moved to HK for one year from the UK and require a local SIM for mobile internet.

Can anyone suggest the best way to do this?

I do not need local calls, just data for social networking.

I have seen you can buy 'top up' SIM cards from 7 Eleven, and also SIM only contracts at most network providers.

I only really want to pay around $200 or less if possible.

Sign up for a contract. All the providers have contracts at $68/78/88/98/108/118/128 with unlimited data. First couple GB is fast followed by slow speeds. Most have one year contracts available.
