Its a dormitory. Been in use for millennia for young people away from home. If you have to sleep in a dormitory, better ones with some kind of walls around your bed.
I'm sure there is a market for it. People value different things and i think if i was 22 and rent was at the level it is now, i would consider it.
The convenience of the location and freedom of being away from family. having stayed in dorms and hostels, i think its really fun and you get to meet a lot of interesting people.
The images on the website make it look hip and fab...until you realise they are 3d drawings and then read the disclaimer. Not a single real photo on the website.
I would have to see it in person to have an opinion -website look great. Great rooftop, bottles of wines etc etc. I d need to see the real thing as I believe it’s not quite like that at all and still cost an arm and a leg. Seriously people in gvt .... build some fucking decent place for ur peoplé to live. Rezlly wonder how u look at the mirror in the morning....
