Finding my father

Hello everyone! I am a filipino, I was born in hong kong. I am currently living here in the Philippines. My mother is a filipina and my father is a hong kong citizen however he’s from nepal. They got separated after we came back here in ph. That was a long time ago,It’s been 20 years of no communication.I always long for the love of a father. how can I find him if I only have his name and date of birth. Can someone please help me to find my father?
