Is Physical Running Out Of Business?

    Hi everyone!

Recently, I've seen a surge of Physical Fitness promotions with some crazy deals and blindly signing up customers in 3 years contracts for only 5k in total. This was a similar occurrence to TF gym and California Fitness's case where went on a 'cashing in spree' before closing down.

Could this be another scam for the locals? If not, how is their business model sustainable? Help help

On a related note, does anyone have a view on Waterfall at Olympic? Their rates seem quite competitive averaging our to 250 a month, membership locked-in for 19 months. Like the fact that they do not ask a commitment upfront, but by way of card or bank auto pay.

Guess you never know. But the rate is very cheap!! You can sign up for a 1 or 2 year to hedge your bets and see if you'll actually use it or not.
