We've decided to sell our house in the UK. We recently refurbished it, so its "sale-ready" but I have not lived in the UK for nearly 20 years now, so wanted to check if there are any material changes in "the way it's done" compared to the past?

I assume more internet marketing, found a few websites. But we will need an agent not being there to show people around.

Any other good advice? Or recommended agents (it's in Banbury).
