    Building Management Office Damages Property

    Hi,

The management office sent over some of their construction staff to fix a building issue next to our balcony.

The construction worker stepped on the railing during the renovation and further damaged the railing... The balcony's railing was already a bit damaged as its quite old but not to the extent it is now.

After contacting the management office on the issue, they sent a picture saying that the railing was already damaged to begin with and they won't compensate us for the damages. Even though the damage now is more severe after it was stepped on and it can be easily seen in the picture that they provided.

Is there any government building organisation that I can reach out to in order to pursue compensation for the damage or preferably get them to repair the damages they their staff caused?

    Would appreciate the input.

    Call the police.

    Small claims court.

Shout at them until you get what you want.
