Need to pay to a Macau Bank

I need to make a small payment to a Macau bank.
As we are 1 country 3 systems, Macau seems to be a foreign country and HSBC wants to charge me a small part of my arm to do this simple txfer.

Is there a cheap way to send money to Macau banks?
Its $1000 MOP and it needs to get to Banco Nacional Ultramarino

Alternatively, if anyone has a Macau bank account and willing to do this for me, I'll reimburse you $1000 HKD and a ton good remote vibes

Or pass the cash to a civil servant who goes every weekend on the new bridge.

in macau, even internal transfer between macau banks is considered TT and chargeable.. that's what my company's finance told us for their payroll account arrangement.
