- Converting lower rent/sqft properties into shared accomodation/ dorm types
- Office sharing/ collaboration zones
I called out bike sharing before. The above are not value adding and are just scams. Anyone who throws money into the above business models will see huge losses.
Uber IPO will be the biggest flop ever. Your only chances are: get them allocations and sell hot plus have a lot of dumb money who want to buy high.
