    Developer cant sell micro flats (yet)

    after all the hype, developers cant sell the so-called micro flats even with discounts (overall so far about 1/3 remain unsold)

    Hopefully they will not be able to sell them and so stop building them.

    Unfortunately the building of nano flats are core to the governments plan to hit targets for number of apartments built. Something will have to give...

    A couple of other trends that need to go are:

    - Converting lower rent/sqft properties into shared accomodation/ dorm types
    - Office sharing/ collaboration zones

    I called out bike sharing before. The above are not value adding and are just scams. Anyone who throws money into the above business models will see huge losses.

    Uber IPO will be the biggest flop ever. Your only chances are: get them allocations and sell hot plus have a lot of dumb money who want to buy high.
