Indeed, I believe the shipping container high rise is fanciful, does not seem to be a real project but nonetheless won architectural awards. Real modular construction with pre-fab concrete units to be integrated into a high rise is happening, more in Singapore than HK (due to typhoons in HK and not SG, joining of modules needs to be stronger in HK). HDB in SG actually holds a number of patents, very interesting to me...
