    appointment at Cotton Tree Drive Marriage Registry (Address : Ground
    Floor, Rawlinson House, 19 Cotton Tree Drive, Central, Hong Kong ) was
    scheduled at 9:00 a.m. on 31/07/2019

    WE WILL PAY 500HK$ EACH PERSON FOR 2-3 HOURS OR JUST AFTER THE WEDDING. THE WEDDING DOESN'T TAKE LONG. AFTER THE WEDDING YOU ARE FREE TO GO AFTER RECEIVING THE MONEY.

    If you already have an appointment to marry at the Marriage Registry, you can't change and have the ceremony performed by a civil celebrant now.
    Civil celebrants are lawyers. You hire them to sign the wedding papers in their office or in a hotel ceremony etc. If you use a civil celebrant, you need to inform the Marriage Registry when you first fill in the application forms coz there is different paperwork for that.

    You need witnesses. What they're trying to say is you cannot easily switch from a central registry appointment to a civil celebrant.

    No, you need 2 witnesses. I was just pointing out witnesses and civil celebrants are not the same. You can't hire civil celebrants to be your witnesses at this stage.
