I bought tickets for Matilda way back before the summer. Over a month ago it was cancelled due to the protests.
I contacted HK ticketing about refunds and they said they are waiting for information from the organisers ‘lunchbox-productions’ and they said
“we are currently working with all parties to prepare the refund procedure.”
How long doe it take? They have all the customers details. Shouldn’t be difficult!
Anyone else had similar issues with HK ticketing or Lunchbox?
