    Bit like the police service then. I think, given the choice between the bins or the police service disappearing from the streets most people would disappear the nameless, faceless, number less tear gas heroes.

    In Hong Kong, even the bins used to smoke heavily.

    Yeah, it was a pity that they were often used for dumping commercial garbage, but I didn't think that really justified their complete removal.
