if you complain about dont make it obvious. villagers tend to be a rowdy bunch. of course depending on what area you're living in,,,

Sadly this just seems to be BAU village life. It irritates me but I’ve now learned to live with it. Too many people go out and leave their dogs on balconies our tied up out the front if ground floor.

No one bats an eye lid. I’ve even got a neighbour (not next door) whose dog barks sometimes incessantly when they are around and they do nothing.

The worst is when you end up with a dog chorus of 6,7 or more from around the village joining in

Compound that with some of the helpers and owners not cleaning up the dog shit!

    SPCA? Not interested

    Police? Even less interested

I feel for the OP but learn to shut it out for your own sanity (which does not make it right!)

Ear plugs / head phones are not an option?

@exrugger9 I absolutely agree with this. Add to this that the cops don't do anything (meaning they probably have a pretty good idea what's going on), and everything shouts illegal products to me.

Move. You don't know what they are producing, but some of the options include stuff that explodes in the process. Certainly nothing is likely to change, and any change you may affect could even hurt you.

One option you could have is to contact a yellow district council representative, and see if they confirm this suspicion.

It all comes down to who is more likely to move. My guess is it's you, OP.

There is no other legal way to get around this.

In my experience the police tend to ignore "minor" complaints from expats because they can't be bothered with the communication issues when following up.

If you know a local maybe ask them to make the police report for you.

No. When 3,4,5 of them start going, it is impossible.
