Art studio in shared space or coworking space with private office?

I am new here. Working on day time, I would like to create again but I don't know where to start for the location. Should I rent an art studio in a shared space or should I rent a private office in coworking space?

My activities can be various depending on my projects. At first, I want to draw again. Perhaps, I would like to do some graphic design or arts such as mini sculpture or else. Or even doing bookbinding.

What do you think? Anyone can recommend me some places?

My budget will be between 2k-3k per month. Do you think it is possible to rent with this range?
