    What kind of flooring in that apartment? IMO if its real hardwood and your dog scratches and/or marks the floor expect to at the mininumum pay for a resanding and recoating. Sometimes, pee may completely ruin the wood. Expect a furious landlord.

    Misunderstanding to be worked out is OK. Same for a broker who lied to both the landlord and tenant. But what makes a landlord furious is folks who string them along, play games, stall.
