59 Bisney Road - Anyone has experience?

We’re looking to move to 59 Bisney Road and before we decide, I wanted to check if anyone here has experience either living there or knows someone that does/did. Would be interested to know how well the building is managed, any issues with the way decisions are made and how they’re made (there are only 7 units in this building and seems to be owner managed), past issues with renovations/piping/electrics etc? Also any issues with the government vis a vis building permits, maintenance, etc?

I don't have firsthand knowledge of that building, but the building beside it is starting major internal renovation work on 2 units and Victoria Tower just down the road is under full exterior renovation now. Could get noisy if you plan to work from home.

Thank you for that. Yes i can imagine Victoria tower is going to go on for a while and will be fairly dusty also.
