donating slightly used and new clothes

Hi All,
May I know if the green boxes placed in apartments are actually for donations or just recycle ? since it state recycling only.
I have quite a lot of clothes in almost new condition that I wish to donate due to relocation. THis include ethnic clothing as well as western outfits.

I wish to give to some place where these clothes can be used instead of discarded or recycle as some are even new.

Bumping this post because Redress is now back online. They accept from unused to heavily used clothes, the latter of which tends to be streamed into more industrial uses.
