Just going to list a few places here, although I don't think they would be in your immediate area.

H&M accept all fabric materials for recycling and reuse.
Redress Hong Kong has boxes around HK.
Green Ladies will take items in excellent condition for resell.

Friends of the Earth have a lot of donation boxes located across HK and in residential estates:

    Hi All,
May I know if the green boxes placed in apartments are actually for donations or just recycle ? since it state recycling only.
I have quite a lot of clothes in almost new condition that I wish to donate due to relocation. THis include ethnic clothing as well as western outfits.

I wish to give to some place where these clothes can be used instead of discarded or recycle as some are even new.
