    If you're doing a ton of exercises and still having issues, don't beat yourself up that you aren't doing them correctly, some people need some minor surgery to tighten things up (if not right after childbirth, sometimes later in life, both my mother and aunt had pelvic floor surgery). There are also temporary insertable devices that can relieve pressure on the bladder. Definitely worth consulting someone who specializes in pelvic floor issues (usually a gynocologist who specializes in gyno surgery). Good luck!!

    If you are forced to have reconstructive surgery it may be worth talking to plastic surgeon. They may be able to do more for you in one go than just fix your muscles.
