    Another place to see fall colours is the Lau Shui Heung Reservoir at the Pat Sin Leng Country Park, not far from Shau Tau Kok. The downside is that it might be a bit less convenient to get to if you are coming from HK Island or Kowloon. The reservoir is known for its mirror-like surface which reflect the sky:

    Its still pretty warm during the day, but in the morning and evenings, there is a distinct and noticeable coolness. That is very refreshing.

    Even wearing Canada Goose in Toronto is a bit much, it simply doesn't get cold enough on most days.

    Finally! I have gotten extra grumpy due to the hot weather never giving way. Sunday was amazing with a strong breeze. This is the season I live for in HK!

    My quality of life has vastly improved in the last week. Maybe it's because I'm sleeping better without the thunderous roar of the A/C. Or being able to leisurely walk and enjoy the outdoors.
