Hi, I am currently holding a dependent visa on my spouse who is a HK permanent, I'd like to know if I am entitled to right to land in Hong Kong or not.
Thank you!

Have you ever been a Permanent Resident of Hong Kong with an HKID saying you have the right of abode on the back? If not you probably don't have RTL. If yes, then you likely have RTL.
You gain Permanent Resident status (and thus Right of Abode) by living in Hong Kong as a temporary resident continuously for 7 years. Whether you have a spouse and what their status is, is irrelevant.
You become RTL when you lost your Right of Abode due to being a non-Chinese citizen who spent more than three years continuously outside of Hong Kong.
If you have an HKID, this will indicate that you have right to land:

Thanks for your informative reply!
With a current dependant visa you have the right to enter HK. That is different to right to land which you might be getting confused with.
Ignore me ... Technically and nitpicking... you're allowed to land on a dep visa, you don't have an absolutely right to land.
yeah that's why it's a bit confusing
