    Will be called "Henry" if and when it enters the Philippine area of responsibility. I think it will impact Taiwan even without a direct hit. Early next week?

    While Okinawa will have more than a few days of foul weather looks like Jeju will see the worst of this typhoon.

    It has been sitting here for THREE DAYS off the coast of Taiwan- mostly rain, today more wind. I never saw a typhoon move this slowly- at one point was moving FIVE KM/HR. Yeah, you can WALK faster than this typhoon. Definitely the strangest storm track ever.
