It has been sitting here for THREE DAYS off the coast of Taiwan- mostly rain, today more wind. I never saw a typhoon move this slowly- at one point was moving FIVE KM/HR. Yeah, you can WALK faster than this typhoon. Definitely the strangest storm track ever.
