Just want to know what happens if the defendant refuses to the claims made at Small Claims Tribunal case? How is the proceeding done thereafter?

It's not clear whether you are asking (i) if the defendant refuses to attend the hearing or (ii) the defendant refuses to comply with an order of the Small Claims Court.
