Mail / Parcels to Belarus from Hong Kong

Hi! I need to send some tiny parcel to my wife who went to our homecountry, Belarus. Seems like neither Hong Kong Post, nor sub-services like TNT, nor DHL - none of them delivers to the countries involved in the war (Russia, Ukraine, Belarus).

1) Are there any other ideas how to deliver a little parcel (or letter) to Belarus?

2) Side question - is it ok to send bank cards and/or sim cards via mail?

No clue .. BUT randomly have you tried to contact Tatyana KHARLAP. She's listed as the new consul general (this year) with responsibility or located in HK?

Given that I've never met or heard of a Belarusian in Hong Kong, I suspect she might not be that busy and might have some time to consider your issue...

Have a Belarus friend and she was sending parcels to Poland. Her family had someone who travelled regularly to Poland and would pick up their packages for them.
