Sufficient. Near zero issues found and many studies show the industry from farmers to supermarkets need high levels of compliance and their are high levels of compliance.

No leather, wool, manure, uplands farming scenery, caesar salads, white wine, prescription drugs etc.

    Crispy crunchy jellyfish?

Holding a firm and extreme position because of a small probability is something I struggle to understand.

I think I would miss holidays in small towns pretty towns that a reliant on agriculture.

    A good read.

Jellyfish is fine, but not all that nutritious. I can't purchase leather or wool because I know of the harm involved. Vegan Caesar salads and white wine without isinglass exist btw.

Rx drugs are a necessary evil. COVID vaccines were tested on apes. We weren't really left with a choice but to take them. I was on parenteral nutrition for a few weeks last year and that involved getting fish oil and eggs delivered straight into my bloodstream. No choice there either. There was no vegan option. I lost 13kg in 16 days even with the feeding...

I couldn't give two shits about animal farming scenery. Much more into land that hasn't been ruined by human intervention...

I'm not a runner btw...why did you assume I was? I do calisthenics/swim/train martial arts outdoors, but usually at dusk.

If you have Netflix access (or even if you don't), please do watch Seaspiracy!

The crunchy texture of jellyfish is its main redeeming feature.

What about plates. Don't plate makers add 1-4% bone ash even for basic plates to significantly increase strength. Only above 30% do they need to declare it as fine bone China.

That's convenient. When your eating approach becomes harmful to yourself you drop it.

Just drawing a parallels. Abstinence of outdoor sporting activity because of proven links to cancer would be an irrational approach given the are plenty of ways to mitigate risk and still partake.

I do as much as I can to minimize the harm I do.

Plenty of very nice porcelain is made without bone, and has been for many decades now...

"The use of hydroxyapatite compounds, derived from rock sources, rather than bone ash has seen increased use since the 1990s. If used appropriately the resultant ceramic material conforms to accepted defintions of bone china, and the properties and appearance are indistinguishable from those using naturally derived bone ash.[15][16][17][18]"

You can even still call it bone china!

You could be right. Alternatives are available and may be used. There must be good a use for animal bones ash somewhere that is better than adding a bit to plates.
