"Talking of not going to a chinese restaraunt" I think its been more than a month a go that I ve eaten acctual chinese food (hk-style) and 2 weeks ago when my friends wanted to eat. All I can say is if people want to eat it or eat like that leave them be. Its been like that for some 1000s years so they arent evolve in the next month or so...

Nobody is confused about what you are trying to do here - I am asking you to stop trying to be-little how a culture is and get along with yourself. When Chinese people eat togethe amongist friends, they do not DIG (like a bunch of animals, fighting to get to a - as you call it - "target" on a plate and choksticks do not rub against eachother...maybe you need new people to dine with?
