    Legal or illegal?

Illegal.. the best way to do it would be to advertise on your building notice board.

The best way is by personal recommendation from a friend who is already employing them.

Ask a friend or colleague for recommendations, otherwise ask on FB groups like HK expats, etc.

You can browse on Carousell and Facebook Marketplace. I have seen plenty of posts.

My helper is looking for more hours in Midlevels. She just went fully part-time only. Still has visa sponsorship from her ex employer and so is building up her PT client base now.

She's good at what she does.

if you send me a DM, I'll put you in touch.

We used Merry Maids to cover when our helper was on holiday. Worked well for us.
