The only pronunciation that throws me is spelling with the letter Z. HK people say e-zed instead of just zed. Words can end up getting misspelled.
And to a certain American: Walla is not French for "there is". [grrrrr]
Hahahah. I was spelling something for my dad over the phone, and I was saying "e-zed" for "z", and my wife kept trying to tell me I was spelling it wrong and I had no idea what she was trying to say. I worked it out after the phone call and had to explain to her that is how in HK we say "z" :-)
haha...I think it's the same when a white person is talking in canto, their accent is very funny like something is stuck into their nose or something like that...
