Does the Green MiniBus have a lost and found number? 1 April 2009 I left my wallet on the seat of Green minibus #59 (Shum wan to Kennedy Town). Or what is the procedure for trying to track it down?

or, in plain-speak, 'they have no common sense' (Alby, are you a lawyer by any chance?)

Hmm. You often get people writing in to the papers saying how honest taxi drivers here are. "I left my 3-month-old daughter in the back of a cab and the driver personally flew her back to Nitpick, Manitoba at his own expense before cleaning my shoes on his beard."

I have to say that I've (rather carelessly) left three phones in taxis and haven't got any back, despite doing what I could. I think many cabbies view lost mobiles/wallets as a reliable secondary income.

I was on the other side of this situation today. Last weekend I found a wallet. Info inside led me to call Air France, employer of the wallet owner. They got back to me today, sent a courier to pick up the wallet, and gifted me a bottle of nice bubbly!

I lost my phone, I think I left it in a cab last night. Does anyone know the lost and found number for the taxi centre? (Is there a taxi centre??!!). Thanks ...
