Information on Utilities

Hi,

My fiance and I are re-location to HK in early May and are currently here on a business trip to start making arrangements. We have some questions about the costs of utilities, so that we can start to try and figure out our budget (and therefore know how much we have to spend on a flat).

Could anyone give me some up to date information on the costs of electricity, gas, water, phone/broadband, and any other utilities that we may need to consider.

I've done a search on the forum already, and whilst there is some information it's all a little bit old, and therefore out of date.

None of the prices has changed significantly in the past 5 years, except perhaps broadband, which has come down a little.
