hello,
Recently I purchased some inexpensive furniture from a shop in Wanchai. It looked really great in the showroom, and upon delivery as well. But after only two months in my home, one day I heard these loud pops and cracks, and soon after noticed areas of the seams/joints of the furniture were coming apart! Normal temperature changes must have caused the wood to expand, but such poor methods of assembly/joining and quality control are unexcusable.
I am in the midsts of dealing with getting the pieces exchanged, but I suspect I'm not the only person this has happened to. How would I go about filing a complaint? Is there a type of Better Business Bureau in Hong Kong?
Thanks!
