Ok lets run it with a friendly regime
Hugo Chavez[you cant get friendlier then that] and his recently divorced wife Marisabel Rodríguez de Chávez, spend Halloween here in an attempt to conjure a reconcilliation.
An Apple Daily mouthbreather steps on Madame's poncho and Hugo gallantly steps in and does a number on the prat with his new nunchakus, pandemonium reigns police are called...
wait a minute Zimbabwe IS a friendly regime, so we dont need to drag Hugo all the way here.
Lets try this with someone unfriendly, say the Dalai Lama? or Rabeea Kadeer? Cant see tthem throwing a tantrum or being allowed into HK for that matter.
    This is proving very difficult

    Find Leader
    Capable of Tantrums
    Capable of getting into HK
    Long Hair?
Well he has been jailed and a haircut so perhaps we need a jailbait virgin.
    Any suggestions?

Technically she doesn't have diplomatic immunity.

Anyways, I'm pretty sure I saw Bona yesterday at HKU. I thought she changed unis?

It's no secret there is bad blood between the Mugabes and Brits after her husband kicked British farmers out of Zimbabwe. The photographer was likely doing a hit piece, like taking shots of her in the most uncomplimentary way, like picking her nose.

She's going to university there because can't get into Oxford anymore.

We need Mel Gibson. He knows what to do with people who have diplomatic immunity.

The only person likely to be banned from HK is that guy who used to be based near the Nepal/Bhutan border and has a large, world-wide following. Oh, and the girl responsible for all the wrongs in NW PRC.

I think quite a few activists have been denied entry to HK, like Tiananmen dissidents and human rights activists during the Olympics.

Yes, for instance, the Danish guy who made the 'goddess of democracy' sculpture. He is clearly a violent thug who poses a danger to the safety of HK people

The issue is a bit different. The "photographer" was probably a muckraking paparazzi, the same kind that were partly responsible for Princess Di's death.

You can't descend much lower than the tabloid British press in the food chain, so we should bemoan the fact Ms. Mugabe did not do him worse.
