I was in a few shops around Wanchai that had some decent men's dress shirts for low prices and it seemed if you looked hard enough you could find some to buy. Many of them had the labels cut out.
Are there better places to go than Wanchai to buy these sort of discounted clothes???? Thanks for any suggestions.

You can also try Fa Yuen Street in Prince Edward and Stanley market.
