Luckily (or unluckily) we have a large family and go thru bread and flour very quickly. As for the bugs, good sized air tight containers help a lot. Alternatively, a big freezer or the lower side of a big fridge is also good.

i thought an airtight container would do the job. we still get bugs after storing the small bags from PNS.

i would have to rent a storage space for a freezer to store the flour.

does anyone know how the retail stores stock their open bags of flour?
