A friend of mine is a racing enthusiast and has been egging me to go to races with him, so I had gone with him to happy valley races a couple of times. Mostly I drink and put the minimum bet in a race or two..Now he, through some friends of his in Singapore, came to know about the races there and wants to bet on the races happening there. Is there any way he can bet on the S'pore races?

Legally in Hong Kong? No. The only things you can bet on legally here are those things on which the Jockey Club offers odds. Which is local races and a lot of soccer (and the Mark Six) I believe.
