    Laundry/Dry Cleaner Needed

Just moved here 2 weeks ago and I just don't have the time to do my laundry.

Looking for reliable laundry service and/or dry cleaner that is inexpensive and can get out tough stains. I've already ruined 3 shirts...

Preferrably in the Sheung Wan/Central area but would go further if needed...

    Thanks,
    lovell

Have you tried any lining the streets? Unless you need to have it cleaned at IFC, they all charge roughly the same because of competition. If you're worried about quality, just drop off a small load and one shirt for drycleaning and the compare.

Why would you dry clean a normal shirt? That's going to be hugely expensive - why not get them laundered? And get a part time help in to do the ironing at $60/hr.

Ummm....for comparison? If s/he already has ruined 3 shirts, I doubt s/he wants to ruin more. And if s/he doesn't know what laundry to use, I doubt this person has a maid right now, either.

The regular clothes will be laundered. And I do have a maid, she does everything but laundry...which is OK because I can't risk her laundry skills being as bad as her cleaning skills.

So why is she still your maid if she can't clean and she can't do laundry?

Could anyone recommend a good shirt launderer in Wanchai?
