    Smile Tai Chi and Yoga

I need help in finding a class in Tai Chi and one in Yoga that are in the evening (i.e., after 5pm), or on a weekend, not on the same day / night, which I can get to easily from Ap Lei Chau (home) and Kowloon Tong (work), and which has a 'changing clothes' space, since mostly I would be going straight from work to class, and home after.
I am having trouble locating where these classes are held or even someone who can help me...
    Any one???

    Answering my own question!

I should have made myself more familiar with the Geo Ex-Pat fora, because there are several answers alreadly listed...
What a useful site this is....

Where on Geoexpat did you find them?

Ange - did you find either Tai Chi or Yoga close to Kowloon Tong?

Oh, well....I looked at the 'Living in HK' Forum, and got a few ideas - Califormia Gym, Pure Yoga, and others - you'll see them if you scroll down the pages there and check the entries.
Have not yet subscribed to anything - suspect I will have to 'do the tour' and compare prices here and there, but I want to go to the one in Admiralty...it's where I get off the bus, so it's easy for me. Have no wish to drag self and fifty bags (brief case + change clothes, groceries from Taste at K.Tong, etc) around through Wan Chai and Central after work. I don't have a car here so that's the way it is.
Why? Are you looking for somewhere to yoga/tai chi too?

    Yoga

Ange - Mainly for Yoga around Kowloon Tong. I am practicing by swing for golf, so Tai Chi makes a lot of sense, but I think I will stay with Yoga, as long as I can find a Yoga place within walking distance of Festival Walk. As for golf, there is an excellent driving range at CityU

    K Tong Yoga

Please let me know if you find it - it just might suit me too some days to go there - closer to my work and handy therefore.
    In appreciation,

Will do. City U may have some classes. I have not checked into it. Though I suspect that they may only for City U staff. Are you at CityU?

    City U

No, but close to it. Can walk there in 5 mins, so if you find a yoga class, that would be excellent. Have my doubts tho...
    Thanks for checking!

    <<Califormia Gym>>
They have a new guy who is a restaurant tout outside Chungking when he is not teaching yoga at the club.

I recommend Pure or even hook up with some Indian ladies who teach yoga privately. I have heard that there are a few places on Modi Road so if anyone has info please post it.
