actually, a kid aged four did this by accident, but what do you expect at that age, i think i recall putting washing liquid in my fish tank when i was five and subsquently accidently killing my goldfish

i see nothing wrong with this. i constantly find myself flushing large brown fuzzy things down the toilet....and it can get confusing at times.
