yeah, we would like to know why grand cinema is bad.

personally, i find tst's golden harvest to be the worst on the basis, its at a premium price HK$65/HK$70, crap sound/audio effects (even a mini/cheap cinema in a box sounds better), uncomfy seats, bad seating plan, eg, no gradient on floor level so you constantly have peoples heads blocking the picture ( worst if they go to the toilet as they will block 1/3rd of screen, worst of all, the screen size seems like it's no bigger than a 40" lcd!!!

Agreed, Golden Harvest is much worse than Grand Cinema at Elements.
Just to re-iterate, my complaint is with their website, not the cinema itself.

I like the cinema at Elements also. New, good seats, great sound and not normally full. Will go and see Transformers 2 this weekend probably.

Anybody else with the same issue where I book the tickets online and specifically never choose the default seats which is the crappy ones at the front for those that are half blind.

I always choose the ones nearer the back if they're available and when I pick up the tickets they're for the usual default seats.
