I have a couple of books of stamps for overseas postage that got abit wet in the last downpour I walked thru ... didn't realise until today... they are all stuck together. I'm currently soaking them apart but they will not be "perfect" (abit torn, abit still stuck to other bits of paper!) .... will it matter? Or are the post office really precious here like they can be in the UK? Anyone know? Thanks.

Should be OK... as long as they are whole, and clearly haven't been postmarked already.
