Many, many shops selling tires and wheels. Look on Car8 or 28car websites for adverts. Kowloon Bay/Kwun Tong used to have a lot of independent aftermarket car parts shops; I've not been down there in a couple years so it might not be the same now.

Did you find out where to buy the alloy wheels? and do you know if there is any 2nd hand alloy wheel dealers here?
