I was wondering if anyone knew if I could write "return to sender" on the post of the previous tenant of my apartment. I've been living here for almost 2 years and occasionally get post of previous tenants. I know they have it in most countries, but not sure about HK.

Yes "How To Handle A Mail Item Which is Not For You?", but in my experience it takes some effort to get the organisations sending them (banks etc) to stop doing so.
